Who this policy covers
This policy applies to momufti.com and to communications with Mo Mufti (Muhammad Mufti LLC), a licensed Florida real estate sales associate, License # SL3600299, operating under LPT Realty, LLC, 1400 S International Pkwy, Suite 1020, Lake Mary, FL 32746. "Mo Realty Group" is a team name and is not a licensed brokerage.
What I collect
Only what you give me, and only what's needed to help you:
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address
- Property details — the address you ask me to evaluate, and any notes you add
- Your timeline and preferences — so I don't waste your time on the wrong homes
- Basic site analytics — pages viewed, in aggregate, to understand what's useful
I don't ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or financial account information through this website. If any form ever appears to request that, it isn't mine — don't fill it out, and please tell me.
How I use it
- To reply to your question or send the home valuation you requested
- To send the monthly market newsletter, if you asked for it
- To coordinate showings, appointments, and transaction logistics
- To meet my legal and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed agent
I share information with service providers only as needed to do those things — for example, my customer relationship management software, my brokerage, or a title company handling your closing. These providers process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
What I never do
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. I do not sell phone numbers. I do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your name, phone number, email address, or any other personal information to third parties for their promotional use. I do not sell leads.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
SMS terms and conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at morealtygroup@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
